This game was purchased for my mother, which says it doesn't have a broad selection of her type of music. American Idol usually has lots of oldies, and older rock on the show whereas the game does not.Additional songs are slightly expensive if you ask me @ $1.50/song on average. It would be nice if you could download huge packs of songs at a decent price instead of having to shop for them individually. Also, I don't think you can import songs from previous versions of the game, which is another negative point.
I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone over the age of 35.
